Mount Maunganui
Two east coast beach photos taken in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty, NZ. The photo above depicts the typical early morning scene on the beach prior to summer and the photo below was taken from the base walking track around the Mount. This track is well used due to it's well kept tracks, beautiful views and the chance to see the odd seal close up. Click on photos to enlarge them.

Kaiate Falls
Two scenes from the wonderful Kaiate Falls area. Formerly a shag rookery the area is now enjoyed by visitors and locals alike. The walk is fairly steep and not wheelchair or pram accessible but well worth the effort for those that are up for a good leg workout! Click on the images to enlarge them.
